“Came up for a few days for some recreational activities at Lake Moomaw. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It felt like home with all the amenities. The nearby creek and the fenced in back yard was a plus. The king size bed was absolutely WONDERFUL. The best nights of sleep I've had in years lol. The host was amazing! She gave us suggestions for food and attractions to visit. She told us to call anytime for anything. She was so very sweet and friendly. A jewel she is. ……

“The cottage was peaceful and quiet, warm and inviting, exactly what I had hoped when I booked a last-minute two-night trip for my partner and I. We appreciated having the parking area shoveled and the heater going when we arrived. Furniture was sparse (no couch or comfy chairs), but we had plans that kept us outdoors much of the weekend. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, a coffee maker, and a small fridge, which made dining-in easy - just be aware that the smoke detector is very……

“We enjoyed the location of the property and had so much fun with our dog in the warm Springs at the back of the home. Perfect location to walk to town and the Warm Springs Pools just down the road. Many wonderful dining options close by. We loved using the Wood Stove at night! ”

“The stay was amazing, the hous was warm and welcoming and the beds were comfie! There was ample room for my dogs to run around on the property and aven a small fenced in area to let them out for a quick potty trip. Amazing place to stay, cook and relax with friends and family!”

Now we know where we will be staying next year.Only issue for me was that the house is on the second floor, so you have to take stairs, and I have a torn meniscus. “We had family from all over the country come and meet here for a week. This place was stunning, absolutely beautiful and relaxing. It had plenty of space to accommodate us all! Very clean and comfortable. One thing I would recommend is having back up linen such as top and bottom sheets, pillow cases and blankets. Maybe a larger trash bin for bigger/longer stays. Other than that- no complaints! I will definitely love to visit again!! ”
