“Nice modern home. Great location for easy access to downtown and to Riverside state park. Great place to stay with young kids, we always appreciate when there are not lots of trinkets and breakable decorations. Attached garage and single level made everything easy. Close to Safeway, highly recommend curbside pickup, it was so quick and convenient. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.”

“Great little addition off the main house. The back shared area was a nice place to sit out and watch the stars. The hot tub looked like it would have been nice if it hadn't been 80 degrees at midnight. It was quick and easy to get downtown.Host was great and quick to communicate.”

“It stunk so bad and it was dirty. Wiring sticking out of the wall heater, the font of it had the coils exposed and another one was falling off the wall. There was water damage under the kitchen sink and also look like there could be mold. The sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain well so there is a paper telling you use it sparingly. The water is hook up backwards on the shower so they wrote it with are sharply on the shower wall. The house around it are falling apart and are like hoarders . The……

It was clean, beautiful decor, excellent location, quiet, great a/c, spacious, comfortable bedding and beds, fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen. Just a perfect home away from home. “Our family adored this charming and well loved property on the Spokane River for my daughter’s college graduation. Although small in appearance from the outside, this home utilized both indoor and outdoor space brilliantly. The sunken living room was cozy and afforded many conversation areas for our family.
