“Great stay, clean and comfortable! Within easy walking distance to the bars, but in a quiet neighborhood. Owner/property manager was very responsive when I needed help. Keep in mind if you're tall, it is a "tiny house": the kitchen ceiling is probably 6'4" or so.”

“Stayed for one night to be able to quickly get the BGSU preview day. Location was perfect, neighborhood was very quiet. Home was very clean inside and out. The home is very small/cozy with updates in the kitchen and bathroom. We did have trouble getting the bedrooms to not to get to hot, halfway through the night we figure out how to keep the temp down. based on furnace set-up and uneven floors it was apparent the home had been added onto over the years. ”

It is well stocked with just about everything a person might need including spices for cooking, coffee, new appliances, toys, a grill, and so much more. “This was such a cute property and a gem of a find! Couldn’t believe our luck in finding a place close to our son’s apartment. It was perfect for coordinating our BGSU visit. Didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen (with so many great restaurants, I wasn’t about to cook!), but it appeared to have everything we’d need. The beds are super comfortable. Even the sofa was comfy for lounging and had plenty of room for our son to “visit”. The electric fireplace was such a nice touch for a cool, fall……
