“The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.”

“Plancher constamment mouiller du au taux d’humidité extrêmement élever. De plus il y avait des rénovations dans la chambre juste à côté de la nôtre à 8h du matin ce qui est très dérangeant. ”

“The ocean view is the best thing I like.”

“飯店距離下龍灣本島五分鐘船程，每20分鐘一班有接駁船，整座飯店看似整修過，豪華漂亮，可悠閒散步海灘，還有超大泳池，四周庭園極美，早餐也好吃，真是個人間天堂。缺點:窗簾灰塵太多，導致過敏。”

“Good area, rooms were dirty and they play a very load speaker outside the hotel late at night and early morning easily heard making it very hard to sleep”

“Very luxury feel on the boat. Staff very friendly and attentive. Great food options and they catered very well for dietary requirements. Only negative was that the evening canapés/drinks on the top deck felt a little tacky and slightly like a school disco at times, and the canapés were not great (half a grape on a slice of stale baguette).”
