“I rented this property for 2 of my friends and I to stay while visiting for the First Monday Trade Days. It was the perfect distance (mile or less) away from all parking lots and gates. The house was so clean, cozy and enough room for the 3 of us. The beds were comfortable and the house is so cutely decorated. We felt at home the moment we walked in the door. The communication with the host was top notch. We couldn’t get the wifi to work the first night and I sent the host a message. They……

“I have stayed in over 20 short term rentals, this is bi far the best!!! I can’t say enough about this place! If you’re looking to get some peace and tranquility in east Texas and you don’t rent this place… you’re dumb the price point is great especially for what you get. The manager on site is super friendly, and respectful of your privacy. We will definitely be back!!”

“Over all it was good. The grass could have been cut, the AC struggled to keep the house cool, the back bedroom TV remote was missing so that TV didn’t work, no dish towels in the kitchen to dry the dishes off. ”

“The house was beautiful in a quiet location. The only thing is read closely and don’t sssume an error in the description. While “technically” there are 2 bathrooms, it’s a little different. There is a half bath that connects to Master & hallway and it contains the only toilet. There is another bathroom in the master but it only has a shower, vanity and sink. So the entire house only has 1 toilet and 1 shower. You’ll have to go into the master bedroom to get to the shower. Also the “4th” bedroom……
