“I stayed here while doing a weeklong course in the area. Everything was very nice. The suite is charming and comfortable with a nice shower. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the location is central to everything. Would recommend!”

“Overall good stay. Nice little unit, lower level of a big house. large windows, clean. Lots of clean towels. A nice welcome gift with bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water. No kitchen,but a microwave coffe maker and kettle, with lots of dishes and cutlery, tea and coffee. Great location in a nicer area of the city. Clean, outside very quiet. What we didn't like that much: *poor insulation,to the point that you can hear people talk on the level above.And them walking is crazy loud* *owner……

“A very nice 1 bed unit Lots amenities inside- cooking, laundry, etc Only issue happened second night At 0445 am dogs howling and very loud barking outside our unit I looked out and saw 2 dogs Lights on upstairs in main house I don't know if owners or other guests Incredible loud barking went on for over 30 Minutes No intervention by dog owners to tell them to stop or call them inside very annoying and disappointing Rest of the stay very good. ”

“Doug was very welcoming and gave us a great tour! The dogs are so sweet, and the property is as described. The snacks and coffee are so thoughtful, and we made great use of them! So close to lots of amenities, and a nice short walk to the lake below. Would definitely stay again! ”

“The view from the cottage lived up to all the pictures! It is well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and essentials for cooking. Checking in was easy and the place was immaculate. We loved our stay and hope to be back someday.”

“This is a beautifully appointed place to stay. There’s clear sense of ownership by the host, who went above and beyond to keep the place clean, with all the thoughtful touches one could imagine for their own families and friends staying like house slippers, bathrobes, fresh fruits in the bowl, bottled water and bubly, laundry and cleaning supplies, and more. “Better than we expected, house was helpful, accommodating and friendly. It was really hot outside when we were there so the place was a tad warm for me but there are plenty of available fans which was excellent. Our grandkids loved the park nearby. Langford area was also great to walk around with the kids in the stroller.”
