“We really enjoyed our stay, very few complaints.The tap water has a strong rust smell & taste, which is common when on a well, but a couple of gallons of Spring water would be great! There were only three of us, so we each had our own bedroom, one of my criteria. Next trip to Ohiopyle, would probably go with something smaller. My son is planning a gathering of friends and is going to consider this property.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage! The home was well kept and clean. We utilized the spacious kitchen for cooking meals and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was the highlight! It was in good working order and hot when we arrived. The host even topped off the water for us during our stay upon our request! The cottage was conveniently located to Ohiopyle and the towns close by. We also loved that it was dog friendly and would definitely recommend!”

“Beauyifully nestled in a great location close ti the state park. Gorgeous cabin with charming details have you feeling relaxed as soon as you step in! Adventurous weekend just staying at the cabin amd campfire cooking. The babbling crick makes a good addition to the back deck coffee breaks. We voth enjoyed ourselves and the one on one together. “Basic rental. Good location for visit to Falling Water. Neighbors dogs can be a little noisy. The house keeping staff somtimes forget to empty the outside trash cans and the wildlife can make something of a mess overnight. ”

“This house is absolutely beautiful. Nestled in the midst of lots of activities. Really enjoyed the back porch area. Owner was very responsive to our request to extend our stay. We didn't want to leave. Definitely worth the money. Felt like home.”

“The atmosphere is amazing. There is only AC in 1 room in the entire home. All bedrooms are on one floor and you must walk through one to get to the others. As well the bathroom in the downstairs has carpet ( know personal preference but YUCK) Could definitely use some updating. ”
