“From the beginning, communication was great...very responsive to my questions.This is a beautiful property. The house was right on the Lake with awesome views from the large windows, the deck and from the firepit area right below. It was a great experience and i couldnt be happier. You wont be dissapointed.”

“The house was super clean, and decorated so beautifully! Everything was explained thoroughly by the owners. Out of all the vacation houses we rented before, Matt’s house was the cleanest, even to the dishes. The views from the huge living room windows are absolutely stunning. It was raining/snowing when we stayed but we got to enjoy the house! The heating works great, my family stayed in the lower level but it was very warm. We hope to come back in the summertime! “We had a good week at the UP Cabin. The only issues we had from a cleanliness perspective were not the fault of the property owner, it seems the tenants before us were a little sloppy and managed to leave behind some things. Had a plumbing issue during the week but the owner had it taken care of ASAP for us, very much appreciated. They have done a nice job with the house for sure. Love the wood panel walls and ceiling, and the kitchen is REALLY well stocked for your stay. Our kids really enjoyed……

“Overall the house was perfect and met all our needs. The floors were sort of dirty- dust and hairballs in corners! But the house had everything we needed! There is no bathroom on the 3rd floor which can be tough in the middle of the night. It’s a full flight of steps to get to the bathroom. But it was beautifully decorated and stocked well!”
