The kayaks were wonderful, and in terrific condition. Even when there was a bit of rain, everyone decided to stay at the house, rather than heading out to do an indoor activity…we felt at home and there was plenty to do! “We had a great time. The house is spacious, very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the ping pong, had mini tournaments every night. Beds are very comfy, TV is in every room. Big deck - had most of the meals there. Used the fire pit almost every day (few rainy evenings). Very peaceful. Thank you for lovely stay.”

“Beautiful home and convenient to the ski hill. Game room downstairs was great for the kids. Coffee bar was well stocked. Appreciated the snow shovel and salt, since it snowed while we were there. There is no dishwasher (listing says there is one); not a dealbreaker, but would’ve been nice to know in advance so we could bring paper plates and plastic utensils. The double doors in the kitchen and basement lock, but you’re able to pull them open them because there’s no latch to the door frame.……

“This was a really fun house to stay in, perfect for our group which included 3 families--parents and kids. It had all we needed.A few things were challenging: the gated community the property is located in was a pain to get into and the vibe felt weird to us. It was not easy communicating with the management company when we needed to change the roster of who was coming. The driveway was too steep and icy for my little Prius to climb when we arrived so I parked on the street, and got a ticket……

“The house was clean and beautiful. It rained all week but 2 days so it was nice to have all of the games and the Karaoke machine. We had my parents who are in their high 80's so they had some trouble getting down the stairs to get to the back yard but there wasn't an issue with the property. If you do have elderly people just know that there are stairs and a good walk to the water. Over all we had a great stay.”

“Great House and lots to do in the Hideout. Only negative is terrible wifi. Constantly lost the connection every day. ”

“This place reminded me of home away from home very charming place lots to do game room was a huge hit with all ages. We especially loved the huge family table inside the side porch for meals and family game nights to bring us all together. The fire pit put back accompanied by horseshoes and mini golf was a huge hit as well. Check in was so easy and reaching the homeowners was easy and they always got back in a timely manner I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for that. Very amazing place……
