“Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. It’s in a great location with many restaurants and bars nearby and even a grocery store which was very convenient. Host was extremely communicative and let……

“We were there for a graduation and then a little site seeing. Place was great, good location for what we needed. Everything we needed was close by and far enough away from downtown that we didn’t get trapped in traffic.”

“The property had a very warm feeling. With having one’s own entrance and privacy, it was easy to get to. The entire inside looks brand new from the kitchen down to the bathroom and all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable.. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip up to Seattle to see family. The space is below the main house so there is some noise with footsteps but it’s very minimal and didn’t bother me at all. Thank you so much for letting us use your Guest quarters. We had……
