“We stayed there for one night. Clean rooms. Good staff. Good value for money. A basic hotel for short stays. My room did not have a minibar while my colleaugue's room had one. Good four star. Quiet surrounding.”

“I have mixed feelings about the hotel, the overall hotel is good however some of the staff are horrible! Encounter with horrible staff #1 when we checked in on June 4th Sunday at around 8pm the check in staff notified that I had to now pay extra for my daughter? I booked a double twin bed room for 2, the hotel even offered 2 person complimentary spa? And now out of the blue I have to pay this extra person charge?? Anyway I just paid to get in my room and not bother arguing with him anymore. ……

“I couldn't get any service at all not even laundry service. Limited menu, no bar or restaurants in the hotel. I checked out and went to another hotel and cleared it with Expedia. There was no nightly entertainment. The description of the hotel is false! ”

“Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor……

“Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. ”

“Great property, maintained by attentive staff who are a fountain of knowledge about tourism in the area. Cafe next door provides a great breakfast and the Hostel has a beer fridge (for weary traveller's requiring a refreshment). ”

“Comfortable beds on a side street - just off a large street but without any street noise. Friendly staff in mid-afternoon greeted me. Rooms are basic but clean. Had air conditioner in the room - I didn't need it in April but in summer will be essential. ”
