“Great room, convenient location, excellent service. Bathroom was smaller this time around but I had bigger bathrooms from previous stays.”

“Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr verwickelt (Bad, Zimmer), das Zimmer hat nur ein kleines Fenster und hat damit keine typische Ramada-Qualität. Max. 3 Sterne. Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit, da nach der Reinigung es ab und zu Haare gab. Im Zimmer wurden unterschiedliche Steckdosen - europäische und amerikanische - verwandt, aber einen Adapter gab es auf Anfrage.”

“The front staff said they couldn't find my reservation. I told them the reservation number but they said they couldn't keep finding it. Eventually they said they would check later and gave me a room but it was very unpleasant.”

The hotel itself is not a luxury but it’s very comfy and has all of the accommodations including the kettle with the tea, blow dryer, toothbrush with a toothpaste, flippers, and of course anything that is supposed to be included.”

“The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not……

“Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor……
