“We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time.”

“The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not……

“I stayed for three nights at Bishkek Centrum and the hotel was perfectly fine. When I arrived they were suffering a power cut which apparently is not unheard of in Bishkek but I got into my room and registered later. I had a suite which was pretty good but by no means opulent. My room wasn’t cleaned one day but that was probably my fault as I didn’t hang the thing on the doorknob when i went out for the day. “Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. “I have mixed feelings about the hotel, the overall hotel is good however some of the staff are horrible! Encounter with horrible staff #1 when we checked in on June 4th Sunday at around 8pm the check in staff notified that I had to now pay extra for my daughter?
