Everything was ideal inside the home: cleanliness, signature Aiken horse decor, very thoughtful accommodations, and the beds provided some of the best sleep we have ever had away from home. It was fully equipped and very clean..The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we accidentally locked the door knob and couldn’t get back in. "The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
