“The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away.
There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night.
The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious,……

“It would be hard to find a more helpful and communitave hostess. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. The area is a little off the beaten path, but if you use the water ferry it’s easy to get anywhere you want in Venice. As for the apartment itself, it is right on the water, clean and spacious for Venice. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Don’t stay at this apartment as it could ruin your experience in Venice. We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in May 2025 and had the worst experience here.
1. The washing machine was broken when we arrived. We have contacted the host through WhatsApp who promised to fix it the next day. No one ever showed up before we left.
2. The toilet seat was not cleaned as there was dirt on it as we arrived.
3. Broken shower room door. Felt like it has been broken since long ago but no one ever……

The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though.
Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.
