“The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away.
There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night.
The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious,……

“The apartment was exactly as described in a peaceful, residential area, so you really felt you were experiencing the real Venice. Staying for 12 nights allowed us to explore and walk to all other areas of Venice. Our own little piece of Venetian paradise, and we would love to return as soon as possible. “Simonetta met us at the studio and it was very comforting to have her living next door, explain transportation from the airport, to and from Venice, and the train station. She was a great resource to us as we acclimated to the area. The studio was clean, had everything we needed and a safe location. It is a 20-30 minute ride into Venice but we didn’t mind. We rode both the bus and tram. The bus was faster but more crowded. I would stay again and highly recommend!”

“It would be hard to find a more helpful and communitave hostess. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. The area is a little off the beaten path, but if you use the water ferry it’s easy to get anywhere you want in Venice. As for the apartment itself, it is right on the water, clean and spacious for Venice. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“This was exactly as described and as beautiful as the pictures show. I would not stay here with young children because of the auntiques (you can see them in the pictures - very beautiful) but it was spacious and beautiful and pretty easy to get to Venice using the buses. We had an issue with the fuse and I called him after 10:30PM and he answered right away so I was very grateful. He was also able to work with us to get in a little early which was so nice. “Location is perfect! Literally a few minutes from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The stairs up to the loft were a bit tough with heavy baggage. In the heat of July, the space was very hot when the air conditioning wasn’t on. We closed the doors to the bathroom and kitchen while we ran it so the living room and bedroom cooled off well for sleeping. We did not make use of the terrace.”

The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though.
Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.
