We loved this property because of it's excellent stretch of beach which was peaceful and swimmable, and the large and large well maintained pool. There was plenty of action with guests enjoying their time but no rowdiness. The experience was nice and laid back. Staff was efficient and friendly, respecting the privacy of guests. One gentleman in particular on the staff greeted us every morning on the beach to dig the holes to anchor the umbrellas in the sand so as to brace them against the tropical breeze, allowing us to laze away the days in shade chilling, reading, and listening to the surf.

I went for my birthday and wanted to have a checkout at least until 12 and was not able to accommodate as 10 am is an early check out. The guest parking lot needs to be fixed as well. The food at the hotel was not good at all. The only thing I really enjoyed was the room was spacious.

The Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The rooms were great, and the view of the ocean and the pool were fantastic. The location in Dorado worked for us plus there were other food options. The restaurant on site is okay but be prepared that food everywhere is expensive unless you visit the 80 some Wendy's or Popeyes. But I will have to give them credit our food was fast and correct. We did go and see Puerto Rico. Tour Old San Juan, Rain Forrest, Coffee Plantation and Bacardi which was not worth the tour price. My only complaint was our flight was not leaving until later in the afternoon and they would only give us until 11:am to keep the room. They did say we could stay on the property but who want to fly with sand on them? I would stay at this property again.

I want to give a big thanks to Hugo and the housekeeping. They did an outstanding job at our stay. They made sure everything was there for us and easy to talk to. I would recommend this stay to anyone. And the security on the property were great. They have games in the evening for adults and children as well.

Beautiful resort in the amazing town of Dorado, Puerto Rico. This was our second time staying here and absolutely love it. It’s super clean and the staff is friendly Hector at the bar is the man very informative with things to do in the area while providing great service and remaining attentive at the bar. The other bartender sorry couldn’t remember his name but he looks like Luar La L also a great service and made sure we were able to catch the Celtics game at the bar. You won’t regret booking a stay here
