“This was a convenient stop for us on our way from Dallas to Colorado located just off US 385. The house is located in the center of Channing with a nice view of horses out the picture windows in the living room.As noted in other reviews, the house is located next to a rail line. We knew this going in but the trains came through at all hours of the night and sounded a horn due to the nearby intersection.Overall the house was fairly clean but it needs a deep clean to be rated higher. “Great house in Cul-de-sac. Nice one level was great for my elderly mother. Plenty of room, and BIG, comfortable beds! Quiet neighborhood, yet easy access to the interstate and Coulter. Many stores, places to eat, etc are just a few minutes away. Really loved our location. ”
