“We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. “Amazing property with huge warm pool, nice private beach, and excellent food. Our experience was so great that we didn’t want to leave the property. The staff was very friendly as well.”

My wife fell and broke her leg while we were on holiday and they could not have been more helpful and they did so with sincere concern for her, providing a wheelchair and walker as well as the usual hotel services.
