“This was a wonderful surprise for my wife and I. We arrived a bit early and were welcomed so greatly. This is a small restaurant hotel perfectly situated in the middle of the Mycenae région. We could literally walk to the Mycenae site and the surroundings were simply charming. The food at breakfast and dinner was simply sublime and the staff very pleasant and helpful. “From the first greeting, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and kind. Then, I saw that the room was beautiful. I enjoyed peace and quiet, comfort, and a clean space. Breakfast buffet was lovely. The location of the hotel was ideal - lots to walk to, including shopping, food, and all the local things/sights. Near to the sea and Bourtzi Castle, I most enjoyed evening walks and admiring the sunset. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Espero. We watched a wedding in the square out front, as well as the horsedrawn carriage and tour train. The room was very nice. It was NOT, however, soundproof. It was a trade-off for being on the front on the square. We enjoyed our little balcony. I did use earplugs and had on my white noise, but it was still Saturday night, and not quiet. The breakfast was at the restaurant next door and was wonderful!”
