“The room is clean and you get this family style decoration, which is expected from a bed and breakfast inn. However, I couldn't check in when I came at 7pm because there is no staff in the building. The buildings are all locked with passcode locks. And no one is picking up the phone when I tried to call the property. The situation eventually got resolved when I call Expedia for help.
