“We all had a wonderful stay at the home across a long weekend. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The kitchen has plenty of space for many people to cook. Living room comfortably fit 12-18 people and the temperature was comfortable.Only thing to note was the piano was fairly out of tune and the trundle pull out was a bit dirty but otherwise everything was clean.”

“We had an amazing time staying at Bob and Katie's place! We visited during the peak of winter and experienced lots of snow, which gave us breathtaking views—absolutely beautiful. “Had an amazing long weekend at this lovely home. Stayed for a few days after new years and it was still decorated for Christmas which was a nice homey touch. The house is set back from the road and very private which was great for hot tub usage. We really loved having our morning coffee in the hot tub and watching the birds flying around the feeder. Location was great as well, 15 minutes away from the Seneca wine country with dozens of options for wineries and breweries. We had a great stay! ”

This cottage worked out perfectly - it was plenty warm, the backyard and patio are private and lovely, and the cottage is spacious with helpful features (great buffet shelving near large dining table). “Your property was the absolute perfect spot for our family to gather for my son’s wedding, at not to far, Ventosa Vineyards. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms made it so much easier for everyone to have their own space getting ready for wedding rehearsal and on the wedding day. Coming from the Buffalo area, and most of us being big Buffalo Bills fans, the large screen tv in the sprawling living area, made it wonderful for us to watch the Bills win on the first night we checked in.
