“A lack of staff. We arrived at 5:30 and there was a note on the front door saying we have to call the cleaner who also registered us. Cominental breakfast was mediocre. Fruit wasn’t fresh. Nor were the bagels . Everything else was packaged. It was an expensive hotel and could have served better quality foood. On the other han, room was lovely with great bedding.”

“We had a wonderful stay here! A perfect size stay for 3 friends getting away for a day at the spa and a day shopping and eating around town. The sidewalk picks up right before the accommodation so it's a really nice walk to the center of town! Easy check-in and had everything we needed. ”

“Beautiful room and home, very clean!! Loved the amenities too. Amazing bathroom. Only issue was that the walls were very thin and we could hear everything other guests were doing. Since there are no TVs in the rooms, it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop at times. We felt like we had to whisper inside our room. Perfect for a quiet getaway but bring earplugs just in case there’s a snorer in the next room.”
