Lovely apartment at Rialto bridge

Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
 In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

The location of the accommodation is great. The accommodation it self was okay but nothing exceptional and not really clean . The technical equipment is a bit improvised, like the air conditioning hose is going to the washing basin. The location on the map is incorrect.

Nice apartment, convenient location!

We had a great stay in Venice and this cozy apartment suited our family of 4 well. It is a 3rd floor walkup in a secluded courtyard, unfortunately there isn't much of a view (probably typical in Venice!). It's a fair walk from Rialto water taxi, so pack lightly. The hosts were super accommodating and were great communicators.

Both central and quiet! A great place to stay, especially if you only have a couple of days!

All sites very walkable, close to the vaporetto, yet very quiet. Tania came to meet us at the taxi station to walk us and gave us a few tips. Highly recommend! Make sure you have exact cash (euros) for tax.

Clean property, nice area, host is nice, left our baggage for half a day with no problem. Needs more towels, the beds upstairs are totally unrealistic because the wood panels on ceiling were so low that if you sat on the bed you would hit your head on the ceiling wood panels. Even if you are a child and small you would still hit your head sitting in bed. Only one person can realistically sleep upstairs if you push one bed to the middle of the room where ceiling is highest. This is the shape of the ceiling /\ two beds are put at either side, which does not work, one bed in the middle works best. The sofa turns into a bed which is a nice option but every time I slept there I got multiple bites on my body, I don’t know if it was bedbugs or just a mosquito but it happened only at night and only on the couch.

Great spot

The property is in a great location and made a great jumping off point for our sightseeing. The only slight down about the position was that it was a bit noisy from early morning with trundling of trolleys going past. The check in was very accomodating and easy and well communicated. The flat itself is small but if you are only sleeping there then fine. The stairs up to the attic with the 2 single beds is very tight so would not do for very large people and the attic roof very low in places so not good for tall people. All the people associated with booking this place seemed very nice. We would go back.

Host and their contact person were very helpful. Had a great binder indicating how to find things, how boat system worked, maps,etc. The instructions for the washing machine need to be updated but we really loved having access to the washing machine and drying racks mid-way through our trip. Even had a welcome gift of local cookies for us.
