“We stayed with our adult daughters Visiting Montrose family. Spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient to town and local attractions. We hosted family dinners for six people with ample room.”

“Very nice home, well layed out w/ all of the amenities expected. When we booked the property, the online listing had the home on the south side of town near Cobble Creek Golf Course. The home however is actually located on the north side, minutes from the airport. This is the reason for the 4 not 5 star rating. ”

“We had a quick trip to Montrose and chose this house based on location. It was a quick walk to Main Street. The only downside we would point out is that we thought we rented the entire house; however, it appeared there was another section of the house in the front. Apparently we rented the back of the house, which was remodeled to be a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath. It was difficult to get Door Dash because of the entrance in the alley. It would also be helpful if there was some lighting where we……

“We loved staying at Luz's place! It is a relatively new build so it was clean and spotless! It felt as though no one had ever stayed there!! The back yard is fenced in and has an area for dogs to go to the bathroom as well as a sitting area. Kitchen is well equipped; you could easily make a meal or two! The house is on a residential street and was very quiet. It backs up to Spring Creek Road, a two lane road, but it tended to be quiet at night. We used a should machine on our phone just incase……
