The location couldn’t have been better, with the water just a short walk away. Our family had an absolute blast enjoying the surroundings and making memories. “Where to begin, my friends and I had such an amazing stay at this beautiful well modern home. We have gotten the amazing experience of seeing a lot of awesome wildlife such as deer, elk, turkeys, sheep, and antelope. This place is conveniently located near Big lake which is another bonus. The home itself is super spacious and makes you feel at home and comfortable. “Perfect stay! Host is phenomenal. Very responsive and generous. Cabin is just what we needed for a long weekend bringing in a 50th birthday. Played ping pong, watched movies and enjoyed the front porch when it rained. Solid 5 star rating and will definitely be coming back in the winter! ”

“We were at the cabin for 8 weeks. It was wonderful. Our dog loved the huge fenced in property. The covered porch allowed us to sit in rocking chairs and watch the rainstorms and hear the wind in the pines. The cabin was clean and offered every amenity you would find in your own home.Our host was so helpful when a health issue happened. He was attentive to every need. “Charming place, very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. The beautiful jacuzzi was wonderful. My only suggestion would be that having to wash the towels would have added an extra hour delay to our departure time. Robert was kind enough to let us leave before the wash was done. I think the laundry is something best done by the host. I had a 5 star casita in Taos, and I would never have asked my guests to do the laundry! We loved the place however, and have booked it twice again. ……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The home was very clean, well decorated, comfortable bed & had everything you need. Its in a great location, not in the middle of the busy part of town but still close to everything. It was nice being able to walk to breakfast or lunch. It was also a quiet area for being in such a convenient location. The owner was very responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We choose to go up north to take dogs away from city and fireworks for 4th of july weekend. Dogs loved it and no firworks! We enjoyed the peace n quite! The weather was amazing and the cottage was rustic and comfortable. So charming and cute. Neighborhood was a little varied from hi end to lower end! It was safe and perfect for us!”
