“Property was perfect size for 2 people. Enjoyed seeing the small wild life. Close to beach and hot tub was great. Just needed sand cleaned out bottom of hot tub but still enjoyed it under the stars. I would book it again.”

“This place was so cool. The host(s) could not of been more accommodating. The pet friendly beach is an easy (5) minute walk away. One of us is a very light sleeper so the master br a/c unit noise was a minor issue. ”

“The only thing good was the location. As for the rest: don't expect peace and quiet. You can hear every step the neighbors make, every time a chair scrapes the floor -- basically any movement or word upstairs. Also don't expect a place in good condition. Just one example: there's a hole in the kitchen ceiling with exposed insulation. Also don't expect the property to be at all clean. Litter is scattered all around the trash area and into the yard. Not nearly cheap enough given the condition.”

“When we pulled into the driveway, the nightmare began. The outside of the place was not like it was shown on the VRBO listing. There was green mold all over, a very rusty & dirty grill (there is not a stove in the house). When we walked into the house we could smell mildew & see mouse poop. We contacted VRBO right away which they were no help. We pulled the filter out for the A/C & it was CAKED with dirt &dust like it had never been cleaned. The only entrance door had a deadbolt & a lock set you……

“The greatest asset is ample room to entertain close relatives and friends that live nearby. Big TVs in every room. Appliances were excellent.Close to beaches and nightlife.You will not be disappointed.”

“The location of the place was great, but it really needs to be updated inside. The mattress is not comfortable and needs to be replaced. The kitchen and bathroom need upgrading as they are very basic. We had a great time, loved Vero Beach and the location of our rental.”

“We loved the view of the waterway with the boats docked. Nice to be close to the bridge to head over to the beaches. Quiet area and nice to have some shops and restaurants within walking distance. Manager was easy to get in touch with and the place was clean and well kept up. ”

“This studio rental unit was clean, updated and perfect for my daughter, who was in town for a family reunion. The shared porch was a nice touch as we enjoyed happy hour there. The road is between the unit and the water, but you can see the beautiful intercoastal from the second story shared porch! There are also a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance, which is great. We would definitely rent this unit again! ”
