“We came to Hamburg from Arizona to visit my fiance's sister that he hadn't seen in almost 10 years and this apartment was perfect. The host was wonderful and gave us excellent instructions on how to get checked in a few days before our trip and made the process super easy. He answered any questions I had within 1-3 minutes and was so kind. The apartment was clean, very cozy and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great every night. Location was perfect, only a 5 minute……

“We stayed here for the weekend to attend a concert at Highmark stadium. It was a relatively nice place. Definitely could have been cleaner, there was still hair in the shower from the previous guests and a very musty smell throughout the whole apartment that lasted the whole weekend we were there. Not enough bath towels in the bathroom. No hand towel in the bathroom. Not enough toilet paper, we ended up having to go out and buy more. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Host was……

The view of the lake and sunset, and proximity to the park beach is great. Polly is very accommodating and includes delicious teas and coffees with your stay.”
