Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”

“Perfect location close to the gates of the walled city. Easy parking once the system is explained. Enter the public car park gates at the front of hotel, park and walk to reception where the correct tickets can be obtained for parking. 15€ per night charge. Rooms are immaculate and have a small fridge and pod coffee machine. Decor is excellent and has deck access to most rooms. Good if you smoke, not if you don’t. Reception was efficient and polite. “The location of this property was perfect for our short stay to explore La Cite. Outstanding view from our balcony up toward the medieval city. We arrived in Carcassonne by train and it was only a short 15 minute walk away to the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. Whilst the breakfast options were good I did find on all 3 mornings that the mushrooms and scrambled eggs were cold. But that is my only gripe. Would recommend.”
