“Beautiful, conveniently located. The staff are very helpful and kind. Let us check in early as the room was ready and kindly allowed us to hang out in the lounge after our checkout while we waited for our ferry. The room was cozy and quiet with a great view. Very dog friendly. Great little family winter getaway.”

“The property and surrounding area are beautiful. The view from the room was spectacular. Staff at the front desk and at the restaurant were welcoming and accommodating. “Cozy hidden gem in Sidney, with friendly superior service. The coffee and tea bar in the lounge area was very comfortable and relaxing. Made to order breakfast was quite delicious, my wife and I appreciated that it was gluten free. Their homemade muffin is to die for.”

“What a gem we found in Coles Bay Vacation Rental! We arrived here after a late night flight into Victoria Airport. Karey met us at the door and invited us into this sweet space, welcoming us and explaining where things were in the room and how to operate appliances. Our bed was super comfortable and the hot breakfast with fresh croissants were sooo yummy! What a find! ”

“We try a hotel occasionally, mainly for to use a pool or spa. Maybe because it’s the off-season they seemed to want to skimp on things like putting an Out of Order sign on the expresso machine during breakfast time then removing it later. They did this both days so definitely a thing. As well as not changing out our big bath towels, really!”
