“The property is well located behind a shopping mall and behind a museum in a quiet street. My husband uses a walker, and check-in and parking is convenient. Restaurant is good and staff is friendly. Unfortunately our advance request was not attended to and a dripping noise which appeared to come from water dripping on an eave, disturbed our sleep on the 2nd night. We had to call maintenance in the middle of the night but the problem could not be resolved. I am sure it would be remedied by……

“I lucked out during my stay since the roads around the Painted Turtle were closed due to construction. Arrive after 4:30pm and no noise! Oh and the industrial size fan in my shared room was the best surprise EVER!!! :)”
