“ It's cheap and I know not staying at the Ritz but you should have a nice stay if the owners cared about their property. That wasn't the case here. 1st I had booked and paid for the week on Hotels.com. The man that checked me in barely spoke English and told me I didn't have a reservation. I had trouble with the app so I couldn't pull it up. I called my wife and she checked and said it's there and paid for but he insisted and charged, I did get it refunded 2nd I informed them that the toilet……

“We stayed in a home, not this loft we booked. There was some sort of mix up and we were sent to a home to check in. It was our first VRBO experience, we were tired, and didn’t know what to do.
