“From the group of four who greeted us with smiles, a cool washcloth and efficient luggage service leading to a refreshing welcome drink in the beautiful veranda, everyone and everything at the Wallow lodge was delightful. Coming from three days camping in the bush, the ‘tents’ at Wallow Lodge were a welcome sight! All the room amenities, including the outdoor shower, were perfect. Only sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Thanks to Rejoice and MC for making our stay and our meals memorable in……

“I actually didn't stay here, my driver did! I had arranged for an overnight trip from Katima Mulilo to Victoria Falls and part of the deal was I had to purchase accommodations for the driver. However, I did check in with my driver and, the next day, asked him about his stay. This is a quaint family-run operation. Very clean and hospitable. When we checked in they wanted to know what my driver wanted for breakfast and when he wanted it served--a nice touch. My driver said that the bed was……

“Phil, the owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming and provided great information about the area and the history. The Concierge team was great - very knowledgeable about everything that we asked. Breakfas was great. While not next to the falls, it is in a very quiet area and quite easy and cheap to get to/from by taxi. Great value for the cost.”

“Basic accommodation that has all you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was hot and on time. Place is easy to find. Pool isn’t heated in winter. We didn’t use it. We were in a cottage with two bed/two baths and a large living dining area. Nice for a family. ”

“Small lodgings, but definitely worth the price. Not fancy, but does the job (you don't travel to Vic Falls to lounge in your room, right?) Really really great staff, good wifi, breakfast is homemade for each person, 24 hour security. It is not large so some taxi drivers need to use GPS. Walkable (a bit of a hike) to Victoria Falls itself as well as restaurants (20-ish minutes) or a quick ride (look up "In Drive" for best rates!) Shuttle from airport for small fee. Would definitely go back!”
