“This is a SHARED apartment. If your not comfortable with sharing a house with strangers i would not recommend. The distribution states it will be just you but its not. Overall the place looks just like the pictures. The location is perfect on the island. The room was cozy. “The property was not in the best condition. The door knobs inside the penthouse were falling off. There was also leaks from the roof, and under the kitchen sink. Once pointed out the property was quick to send someone to investigate. I am sure these items will be fixed by the next time. The apartment was very spacious and clean.
