“Three families traveled to Memphis for a soccer tournament and we wanted to stay near the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. We chose Summer’s place because it had room for 7 kids and 4 adults and was 6 minutes away from the fields. The good: the home is in a super quiet neighborhood that felt safe. There were plenty of televisions, a great living room lounging space, several areas to sit and eat meals, and the room with four beds was a great spot for kids. There was a foosball table that was popular.……

“House was beautiful as described with a huge backyard and all the comforts off home. Wonderful and easy booking. Owner was very responsive. If I had one suggestion, it would be additional blankets during fall/winter bookings. Other than this one recommendation, we have no other. Everything was exceptional. Thanks Tommie!!!! ”

“This property is amazing!! The home is cozy, with a one-bedroom (I absolutely love the bed; I slept so well), bath, and open kitchen/living area. Cell phones do not love the metal building, but it is kinda nice to unplug for a weekend. We actually rented for an extended stay. The hosts are so sweet (and responsive). It was so cozy, but the magic was on the outside. When you pull off the road onto he driveway, it is like you're turning into a fairy tale. It is just beautiful! We saw deer and tons……
