“We went down for a funeral. The house was large enough to accommodate family coming in to visit from different parts of the state. Although they did not stay with us, it was great to have a central location. This was our 2nd time staying at this home and it will always be our home away from Dallas, TX to Minnesota. The location is great, and neighborhood is very quiet. The owner Steve has very good communication skills, he responded and was available upon our request. Steve made a special visit……

“I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. I will caveat that with the temperatures outside being in the negatives. Overall the beds were very comfortable and we had enough space to talk and the kids had……

“The house was spacious enough for our group of 12 adults. Cozy fireplace, hot tub and arcade games were a huge hit! I loved that they had beach towels by the door for hot tubbers. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen and lots of board games.”

“My family met in Minneapolis for Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully renovated; the interesting architectural features are preserved ( updated version of your favorite Great Aunt’s house). It was great to have a space to watch sports and a separate space to watch Christmas movies. The host was accommodating and a clear, concise communicator. I appreciated how well stocked the property was ( no emergency Target runs during the five day stay). Highly recommend this gem!”

There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Lots of dining space and communal areas to hang out throughout the weekend.
