Maybe ten minutes from Darling Hill where everyone meets to ride and less than ten minutes from town. There is a trail head on the same dirt road that the property is on, but we didn’t have the opportunity to check that trail out. The house is perfectly set up for a couple of mountain bikers. There’s a shed with a padlock to store the bikes, a full size refrigerator in the……
