“We came to Eugene to visit our son and his wife and two young kids. Our other son and partner joined us and we brought my husband’s mother. This house was perfect for us. The single floor layout was great for the kids, ages 1 and 3, and 82 year old grandma. The privacy of the house was great. The kitchen was well equipped for making Thanksgiving dinner. “The property is beautiful and well appointed. We enjoyed the weather and wildlife. The problem was VACASA. We were given an incorrect access code for the gate and no codes for the lock boxes. Our entry was delayed until we were able to speak to a local representative and gain the correct codes. It was very stressful and frustrating as no one but the local person could help us.”
