“I hardly ever write reviews but I felt like I had to for the Raajkutir! Such an absolute gem of a hotel. Unremarkable from the outside, but once you enter the grounds are so beautiful and traditional in style, you can’t quite believe that the hustle and bustle of Kolkata is just the other side of the wall. The rooms are STUNNING, the food delicious, and the staff are falling over themselves to help you. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Raajkutir! ”

“We were supposed to stay for 15 days and pre-the the entire amount. The moment we arrived from a long international flight, we realized what a horrible place this is. We checked out the next morning and went to another hotel. The hotel misrepresented the condition on their website. We wouldn't stay in this hotel even if we were paid. We forfeited the entire payment because we didn't cancel 24 hours before check-in. How can one judge the condition of the hotel without being physically present? We……
