“Great House ”

“12 of my friends and i stayed here for my birthday, not only did the hosts leave me a nice birthday gift, but a wonderful place to hang out for a weekend. The place is immaculate and well thought out. They paid attention to every detail! The kitchen is fully stocked so that we could cook for and feed all 13 of us. The entire weekend people kept telling me it was so comfortable, so clean, surprisingly well stocked, beautiful, fun to be in, etc.! Will definitely return! Mindy was very responsive……

“Awesome place ! We had some family visit us there and everyone loved the place too. The toilet paper holder in the half bath needs to be reattached to the wall. Also … I noticed the drain pipe closest to the hot tub is separated at the top. ”

“Our extended family of nine spent a week at Warwick Farms in July, 2024. There was space for all of us to be together for meals, puzzles, movies, and games...and also plenty of room for us to spread out and do our own thing. The pool was wonderful, the view was amazing, and the amenities were superb. We appreciated the cleanliness, the plentiful towels, the wildlife sightings, and the availability of the kayaks, etc. We had one small issue during the stay, but the property manager and host……

“We had a great stay here for a weekend baseball tournament about 8 minutes from the fields. The house was very cozy. We and our two teens were very comfortable. The host was immediately responsive to our two questions. Overall, a great stay. If we're back in Salisbury, we hope to stay again. ”

“Clean and accommodating host. Has many of the necessities for the home, including washer/dryer , soaps , trash bags , cleaning essentials , plates/bowls/cups, kitchen gadgets , and more. Home feels safe away from predator animals . Couple deers around. Bring insect repellent.”

“Our own home was too small for our growing family. The rental allowed our adult children to be home for the holidays comfortably. Perfect location and close to “home base”.Will use again in the future!!!! ”

“Listing and photos accurately describe accommodations. We were comfortable and satisfied. A nice rural location for perusing outdoor activities - fishing, hunting, boating, paddling, birdwatching. Good parking for a boat trailer. ”

“The home was lovely and cozy with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.Sunsets on the river were amazing and we saw a variety of wildlife including a bald eagle, a fox, herons and lots of Canada geese.We’d like to return in warmer weather to enjoy the screened porch and water activities.”
