“Beautiful property within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Came here for the half Ironman and it was great to be close to the venue. The church bell did ring several times through the night which didn wake me up. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Lovely home and property. Kitchen was well equipped for large family dinners. Home was clean and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the yard was spacious for volleyball and for the kids to just run around and be kids. Watching the sunrise by the water was a bonus! “Three generations (11 of us) stayed for several Thanksgiving days. Played cards & games, went for walks & bike rides, cooked & ate meals together. The house and locale was just what we'd hoped: quiet, away from it all, very welcoming, room for all, comfortable and clean. The bay - so close! - was gorgeous even off-season. There were pretty sunsets and crystal-clear stars in dark night sky. Even the rainy day was lovely - view from the cozy indoors can't be beat. Much gratitude for sweet family……

“My sister and I have always wanted to visit Smith Island. This house was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, great location and terrific host. The golf cart was such a huge bonus. We had amazing water tours, walked, relaxed, spotted more birds than we could count. Everyone on the island was beyond friendly. Just had a wonderful time which was amplified by the great accommodations! ”

“Wonderful stay at the house. The house was as advertised and had all necessary amenities. We had a blast together and didn’t have to worry about a thing with the house. I will note that the back steps that lead from the porch are very steep and elderly adult took a fall. A note on this or new steps would be great. The place was very clean. It is pet friendly so one room upstairs does have a ton of old stains. The main couch that looks out over the water is also very stained. But the location,……
