“チェックイン時に美味しい焼き立てクッキーくれました。設備は全体的に水準が高いです。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリー、宿泊した部屋は広くないけど、清潔感があって良かったと思います。最初にチェックインした部屋が少し臭くて、外出後戻った時もまだ臭かったので部屋チェンしてもらいました。エコなのか歯ブラシその他のアメニティは設置されていません。タオルの交換やペーパーの追加等はオーダーが必要です。朝ごはんは美味しかったです。”

“环境清洁舒适，房间不大但是够用。有两个蚊子，但是没咬我。据说，其他酒店免不了也有蚊子。那就没什么关系了。”

“I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable……

“This hotel is in the city centre and has a swimming pool. The front desk staff was very helpful and overall the hotel is good value for money. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The best I've had in a while. ”

“Okay, but eating was a problem, no restaurant only the morning breakfast for about three hours when nobody is awake! One lift under repair but not bad with only one working. Location not so good for food. In room shower could use a good cleaning grout mildew and floor corners dirty. Not a 4 Star hotel as advertised, more like a 3 Star for sure!”
