“I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable……

Good in general . but the swimming pool feel like you swim on the street because there is a direct access to the peoples from the street to the Swimming pool . no need to pass through hotel entrance . but even though i accepted , on the second day the swimming pool was closed . and I paid for Deluxe room with Sofa and i got a Business room without Sofa . no refund and i discovered that both have same price while Expedia charge one dollar more for deluxe . as a Muslim its……
