“One night in Vientiane. Brand new hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond for me! I forgot my backpack in the taxi from the airport and they helped me retrieve it! They booked me a driver to take me around the city last minute when I asked and they offered professional and kind service. Also helped me book my train ticket to my next destination. Breakfast has a huge array of offerings. The pool is spotless and long, great for laps! Would stay again! A special thanks to Mek, Paro, Mee,……

“I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable……

“Quiet with good dining options”

“First, when we check-in and stayed in our room, we realized that we were stayed in the wrong room because when we check the size didn't match what we paid for. Then, we asked the front desk about it, and it seems they knew it. So, on our second day, they moved us into room that we were supposed to. ”
