“Very comfortable hotel very good restaurants ”

“I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable……

“The hotel is new but service is already in place. All are clean and well prepared. Breakfast list has enough choice and it is delicious. All staff are very helpful and we received a very warm welcome from the GM who has done a very good job. ”

“Stayed here for most of my trip in Vientiane. Close by to Talat Sao was of my main reasons why I chose to stay here. Outside from the TV not working, everything was good from the staff to the service and breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again.”
