“Very comfortable hotel very good restaurants ”

“I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable……

“The hotel is new but service is already in place. All are clean and well prepared. Breakfast list has enough choice and it is delicious. All staff are very helpful and we received a very warm welcome from the GM who has done a very good job. ”

“라오스에서는 글로벌 스탠다드가 있는 월드체인호텔에 묵는 것이 좋다는 것을 절감했어요~ 그전에 부티크호텔을 이용한 적이 있는데 넘 불편하고 별로였어요~프론트 직원들 매우 친절하고 가방 맡기고 루왕프라방을 다녀오고 마지막 날도 밤비행기라 레이트체크아웃했는데 돈을 더 내기는 했지만 편했어요~”

“For the price the hotel is very good. Breakfast was good with variety of foods. You get a lot of amenities in the bathroom literally everything you need, I didn't get so many things in much more expensive hotels. For the room it is getting little outdated and old but if you go to the hotel only for a sleep you won't mind older furniture. Shower pressure was good and water was hot too.”

“酒店一共25层，25层是餐厅酒吧，可以环视整个万象夜景，周边有不少韩国餐厅，泰国餐厅，走路800米有一家中餐厅，距离国家会议中心嘉慧苑national convention center 6公里，距离凯旋门2.1公里，距离万象中心2.6公里，距离瓦岱国际机场机场8.2公里”

“The room is good.... Location is fantastic! However, if the room could be renew... that would be perfect!!”
