We get a complaint letter from the hotel because I was calling my family on the balcony at 10:00 pm with regular voice. “This was easy walking distance from the ferry, restaurants, and the shopping strip near the ferry terminal. On the second floor ocean front rooms, you get a fantastic view, breeze, and with your private patio door open, you also get the sound of the surf. Carl has coolers, beach chairs, snorkel stuff, and beach towels that you can take to the beach. Carl was also understanding that we missed our checkin because the ferry was full and we were delayed many hours getting to the island.”

“The room was spotless, comfortable, and location, location, location! The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from all of the restaurants in Esperanza. The owners of the property are extremely welcoming, kind and provided a ton of great recommendations for things to see and do while on the Island. We will definitely stay there again!”

No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2.
