“A HUGE problem with this accommodation is that even though the owners have written to Expedia to correct it, the listing indicates that this lodging is 27 km from Fram. It is actually 90 km and takes 2 hours to drive, most of which is on very narrow, windy mountain roads. The views are beautiful but we were not planning for such a long and harrowing drive. It is 27 km if you are a crow or have a helicopter. It was wonderfu when we finally arrived.”

“Incredible location and views. The room was showing its age but everything was clean and worked properly. The lobby has a lot of great furniture and decorations with a mad men vibe. “It is an historic hotel with a spectacular view to the lake. The room is large and cosy. It is just 3 minutes' walk to Voss station, therefore it is very convenient for us to catch the train to Bergen. The breakfast is impressive as we can enjo the lake view while having the tasty food. It may be a little bit difficult to find the reception as the door is small and open to the railway.”
