“There was initial disagreement over how many rooms we had booked that would have been resolved quickly if a representative of the hotel were on premises. Host, who could be reached only by phone, insisted that AC worked in the hotel, when it did not. Once resolved, the AC stopped sometime in middle of night. On positive note, public spaces and guest rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is just steps from the ocean. Certainly not the fault of the hotel, but there is no Uber or……

“Lovely peaceful stay. Everything was lovely and clean. We were lucky to be the only ones staying, as we hadn’t realised it was a shared bathroom etc. great to have the kitchen to be able to prepare food. The balcony overlooking the water was amazing and the host was perfect, very helpful.”

It was walking distance to the ocean, a convenience store, and some great little restaurants, which made it really easy to relax and recharge. “It’s all about the location at the top of a mountain overlooking a jewel box of a church. This grand hotel was built in the early 1900’s. It has been renovated but is definitely an older property. Room was comfortable and the view was AMAZING. Breakfast was wonderful. ”

Or connected but very slow even could not receiving email. The situation will become better only if they have the tourists group. If the group gone, the internet suck again. No a busy hotel! I’m the only one in my floor. When I go out the elevator, all dark. It is scary.... Poor service of the front desk! When asking more for the bill copy, they will……
