“Very cool vibe! Great location in the historic district, just a couple of blocks from the river. The space is huge and great for pets. We have a 6 year old lab that loved the large room too. The kitchen is very small and a bit hard to wash dishes but still useable. We had a small plumbing issue and the owner was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The check-in process was quick and easy. Communication with the host was great - they responded quickly to my questions. The property was very clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed for a quick girls getaway. The location was even better - closer to F Street - than what I had anticipated. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close parking. It was great to sit out on the upstairs patio for breakfast and be able to see and hear the river. I would definitely stay here again.”

“6 Star amazing stay. There are some wonderful little touches. There is a guest book and a wishing letter drawer :)The location can not be better. Communication was prompt. Space was very clean. I felt very fortunate to have been able to book it for my dates. Note: I've had multiple 5 star short term rentals, 2 of which we in the top 5 of a major US city. No short term rental is as perfect as your very own home however it doesn't get much better than this. My trip comprised of my 6 year old……
