“Amazing property and amazing hospitality ”

“The hotel was beyond our expectations. The views were beautiful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner we had on the terrace was also delightful. I highly recommend this property.”

“This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in terms of service. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. She even picked us up from the train station in Bellano and gave us a lift to the hotel! Manuela made us coffee before we set out for the day, and……

“Very near the railway station and nice staff. The staff let us settle down those luggage in the room before they clean the room. These are the only GOOD things I can mention. The others are average or slightly below average. I chose it because I only stayed one night before I left by railway and it is really convenient to walk the station, so I sacrifice somethings.”

“We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. The hotel breakfast was worth the €10 pp as there was fresh fruit options, snacks and biscuits, pastry, toast and meats and cheese as well as juices and coffee. “Try finding a hotel with that view for that price anywhere in the world, the pictures just can't capture how amazing it is. Breakfast was the best I've had and worth £30+ but was included. Rooms were the cleanest by far I've stayed in and we are on a roadtrip around europe. The receptionist was very helpful and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For the fact they have only just opened I'd get in while the prices are cheap as they will surely go up with popularity. Top……

“Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura a Pasqua per due notti: il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibile pronta ad aiutarci e a darci consigli sul luogo. Abbiamo trovato la camera calda (i termosifoni sono regolabili), e con tutto quello che ci serviva. La colazione buona, abbiamo mangiato briosche, taleggio, pane fresco e marmellata (si poteva anche mangiare biscotti e fette biscottate). Il parcheggio è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura.
