“The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. The hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious with a large shared patio. The pool and hot tub are in a stunning setting and I enjoyed a long nap in the solarium. “An absolute wonderful stay! Kate and Diego are probably the most welcoming hosts you’ll ever meet and made us feel at home from the moment we stepped inside the door. They have a lot of knowledge of the area and all the possible activities, and gave us excellent advice on biking and hiking routes (even checked if we were ok when hiking back from the mountains in a thunder storm!)
