“Everything was lovely. Wipe benches due to ‘nature’ visitors when unattended as expected in bushy area. Rooms nice. Supermarket would be the only thing i avoid next time across the road. The staff were lovely but one of their elder workers (lady) was rude to us for sitting in their dining area as she was rushing around. We were there for disability respite and she definitely made us feel unwanted. ”

“My husband was unwell and staff changed our accommodation for us as he couldn't manage stairs. Staff were unbelievably kind and patient with my husband who was experiencing difficulties.
